As a service provider we are facing so many issues when a client didn't make the payment on time. When a client pay lately there are some issues,

Eg: Suspension of the service, Increase support tickets, Unwanted backups...

Some of these issues needed to be fixed through a manual intervention by our staff. So it cost extra expenses to keep data safe. To avoid these issues and to improve our services we have added a late fee. It mean those who pay after the overdue date they have to pay 30% extra money.

To avoid this clients requested to pay the bills on time. Also there is an option called Credit balance. You can top-up your account through add fund option and use those amount to renew the services automatically.
